Tuition Fees

Courses in the BİLGİDoğada Summer School program consist of 6 credits.

For Turkish students:

English Language Program: 45,000 TL

Undergraduate Programs (1 credit fee): 5000 TL

Associate Degree Programs (1 credit fee): 2750 TL

For foreign students:

English Language Program: 45,000 TL

Undergraduate Programs (1 credit fee): 150 USD

Associate Degree Programs (1 credit fee): 75 USD

  • The above fees are also valid for students applying to the BİLGİ Summer School from other universities.
  • Fees are inclusive of VAT.

 

Payment:

You can make your payments online without having to come to campus by following the steps below.

Payments can be made in inadvance or by credit card in 2 installments.

Important Note: The student's full name, ID number and how many credits have been paid must be stated in the description section of the receipt.

Payments can be made online via credit card or money transfer. For payments to be made by credit card, you can complete your payment using the "online payment" link on your SIS student page.

Credit cards to be used in the payment option in 2 installments: Bonus, Shop & Miles, Flexi, Maximum, Cardfinans, Worldcard (Vakıfbank), Axess, Wings, Fish and Paraf.

 

  • Checks and promissory notes are strictly not accepted.
  • Cash payment in person is not accepted.

 

Withdrawal from the course

July 10-11, 2025 - Last day for withdrawal (with refund)

August 1, 2025 - Last day for withdrawal (non-refundable)

Until August 1, 2025, you can withdraw from the courses you have taken. However, if you withdraw from the courses only until July 10-11, 2025, the full course fee will be refunded. If you withdraw from the courses after this date, there is no refund.

Fee Refund:

In case the course is not offered:

If the relevant faculty decides not to offer the course after enrolling in the Summer School, the course fee will be refunded to the credit card/transfer account where the payment was made if an application is made to Student Accounting via muhasebe@bilgi.edu.tr with a refund petition.

In case of withdrawal:

In case of withdrawal from the course, it is necessary to apply to Student Accounting with a refund petition until July 11, 2025 at the latest. The course fee will be refunded to the credit card/transfer account where the payment was made.

2024-25 Summer School Financial Calendar:

June 27-July 4, 2025: Registration Period

July 10-11, 2025: Withdrawal (100% refundable)

After July 11, 2025: You may withdraw from the course without refund until August 1, 2025.
